The hydraulic system in mechanical equipment consists of five parts, namely power elements, hydraulic pumps, actuators, control elements and hydraulic oil.
1. The power element converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid, which refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system.
2. Hydraulic pumps generally include gear pumps, vane pumps and plunger pumps.
3. The actuators include hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors, which convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy and drive the load to perform linear reciprocating or rotary motion.
4. The control element is also a variety of hydraulic valves that control and adjust the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system.
5. Hydraulic oil is the working medium that transmits energy in the hydraulic system.
